HAF CODES WILL BE ACCEPTED

All participants without a HAF code should bring a packed lunch and soft drinks, there is water available to refill bottles onsite.

If you have a HAF Code please send the following information to emma.pheasey@leamingtonfc.co.uk so we can book on your behalf.

If they do not like anything from the options given they are more than welcome to bring a packed lunch, please advise Emma either way so we can order accordingly.

Fruit, water and snack bars will also be provided, although water bottles are recommended.

If you are a Brakes member please contact emma.pheasey@leamingtonfc.co.uk for a discount code - you will need to state the number of days you are booking and the team/managers name for us to generate an individual code to suit < we cannot issue a code without this information.

YOU CAN ONLY USE THE CODE ONCE, PLEASE DO NOT PASS ON OR USE MORE THAN ONCE, WE DO GET NOTIFIED OF MISUSE.

Gates will be open between 8:30am-08:45am for those that have selected and paid for Early Drop Off on the booking, if you turn up and your child is not listed you will be charged.
Gates will be locked until 09:20am so please ensure your child is with a member of staff before leaving the premises to ensure their safety.
