Holiday Camp Refund Policy

+7 days notice - 90% refund or 100% credit 

3-6 days notice - 75% refund or 100% credit 

less than 48 hours notice - 0% refund or 50% credit

No shows - 0% refund and full payment charged if not received in advance.

General Refund Policy 

Unfortunately we are unable to make any refunds for any After School Club regardless of poor weather, school cancellation, pandemic or if your child has been asked not to return due to poor behaviour. 

We will of course take into consideration any unprecedented individual circumstances but only after consultation with the school.  

Indoor Provision During Poor Weather

If poor weather prevents outdoor sports, we will offer suitable indoor alternatives where possible, depending on the school’s available facilities. This may include classroom based games, quizzes, or other sports related activities. We will try to access a gym or sports hall where we can, but this is not always possible. We will always do our best to ensure the session goes ahead as planned.

Late payments...

For any payments not made on time, an administration fee of £5.00 will be added to each missed payment.

Disclaimer

I acknowledge the potential hazards and risks associated with the sports and activities which my child/ren will be participating in during the sessions. I acknowledge that Brakes Community Foundation CIO shall not be liable for any illness, injury, or death resulting from such participation except as a result of its negligence or where exclusion cannot be limited by law. I further acknowledge that Brakes Community Foundation CIO shall have no liability in respect of any loss or damage to property whilst attending Brakes Community Foundation CIO sessions. 

By completing this form, I give permission for Brakes Community Foundation CIO staff to give first aid treatment to my child/children as they see appropriate in the event of an accident/emergency.

All personal information provided on this consent form will be kept in the strictest of confidence by Brakes Community Foundation CIO and will not be passed on to any other organisation or third party but may be used to inform you of future events taking place.
